2.1 | These terms of use apply for Unibet Casino ("the Casino"). |

3.1 | Player is not required to participate in the Games and such participation, if elected by Player, is at Player's sole option, discretion and risk. If a player doesn’t log onto his/her account on the Casino server via the internet, using Player's "user name" and "Password" for a period of 120 days all balances may be removed from the players account after an notification has been sent to the registered e-mail address. If the player has deceased his/her immediate family will be located and paid said balance. By accepting prize and/or winnings, Player consents to use his/her name for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation except where prohibited by law. 4 | Player agrees and becomes a party to the rules |

Unless otherwise specified, all forms of casino chips issued for promotional purposes (i.e. deposit bonuses, promotional prize winnings, free chips, etc) need to be turned over a minimum of thirty (x30) times prior to withdrawal. The gamble feature wagering on slots is excluded from the contribution towards wagering requirements of bonus credits.
As the required play-through requirements are met, funds are automatically transferred from the Player’s Bonus account to their Cash account.
Play-through is achieved when any real money wager is made.
For any wagers made, the wager is deducted from the Player’s Cash account. If there is no cash available, then the wager is deducted from the Bonus account. This effectively means that funds in the Player’s bonus account are only played if there is no cash balance.
If a Player makes a withdrawal, their Bonus account is reset to ZERO. This means that if a Player chooses to withdraw the money they deposited, they will lose any Bonus money they may still have remaining in their Bonus Account.
Prior to the withdrawal of any winnings, players are required to have made a minimum of one deposit (x1) at Unibet Casino.
Winnings on wagers made from a Player’s Cash account are credited directly to their Cash account. Winnings on wagers made from a Player’s Bonus account are credited to their Bonus account.
Where crediting a Player’s Bonus account with winnings would result in the Bonus account exceeding the size of the original Bonus amount, any excess winnings are credited to the Player’s Cash account. Note: This is less any automatic transfers from bonus account to cash account that had occurred.
